This week is really tasking me. I have got to decide on a gym soon. I was going to go on a bike ride with my daughters this morning but it rained. Then it rained some more and then we had a severe storm warning. The result was no ride. If I can redeem today it will be through an intense yoga session after the kids go to bed.
Breakfast – coffee with milk and sugar (2 cups)
Lunch – waffles with maple syrup
Dinner- something with eggplants and Parmesan cheese
