Day 10 – Cycle

Another heavy work day today. Hopefully I get wrapped up before 2pm so we can go on an actually family ride with our bikes.

Food:

Breakfast – coffee with milk and sugar, yogurt with strawberries

Lunch – two slices of leftover Dominos pizza

Dinner – flounder and grilled veggies

Snacks – left over pork low mein, caramel puffed corn, granola bar, fruit leather, fitness water

 

Activity:

Cycling with the family this afternoon.  The ride went quite well.  I was dragging to start and my pace was not consistent but it was the longest ride I’d been on in a while.  I finished strong and feeling good.
